Welcome to the Cecil
Township Municipal Authority (CTMA). Our organization is
responsible for providing wastewater utility services
for Cecil Township. We are committed to doing our part
to protect the public health and enhance the
environmental quality of our community. In that effort,
we continue to work with the township officials in
providing sewage to areas currently not serviced by the
municipal authority.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and we are located at 375 Southpointe Blvd, Suite 430, Canonsburg, PA 15317. Any questions regarding our services may be made by calling our office at 724-746-4848 or by E-mailing us at ctmadmin@ceciltownship.com
“AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, PLEASE
DIAL 9-1-1,
TO REPORT ALL SEWER RELATED
EMERGENCIES" |
All properties sold within the
township and on public sewage require a dye test. An
application for dye test is available online for your
convenience. A dye test certification is valid for one
year from the date of the test. A copy of the regulation
concerning dye testing may be obtained by contacting our
office.
CTMA permits property owners who are
customers of the Authority to have a deduction meter
installed to measure water that does not enter the
sanitary sewer system. This meter typically reads water
used outside for watering lawns or gardens, washing
vehicles or filling swimming pools. The deduction meter
is read annually and a fee of $25.00 is charged for the
reading and to cover the administrative costs. The
amount of usage shown on the meter will be adjusted to
the wastewater charges on your wastewater bill. A deduction application is
available online for your convenience. Please contact
the Authority office for a copy of the regulation
concerning deduct meters. When installing the deduction
meter please have a remote reader installed for our
reading purposes.
For after hour
emergencies at the treatment plant or pump station sites
please call 911.
