The following Public Statement
is in reference to the November 7, 2011 Millers
Run tributary marine wildlife damage:

Authority Refinances
Millers Run 2004 Guarantee Sewer Revenue Bonds
Cecil
Township Municipal Authority completed a
refinancing of the Millers Run 2004 Guarantee
Sewer Revenue Bonds, resulting in a net savings
of $790,000.
The savings will be
applied to the Authority’s debt service
requirements lowering the payments over the life
of the 2011 issue.
The majority of the
savings will be applied during the years 2012
through 2015.
According to information
provided to the Authority by Public Financial
Management Inc, the financial advisor for the
Authority, the bond market was at an historical
eighteen year low contributing to the resulted
savings.
2011 MEETING SCHEDULE:
For 2011, the Cecil Township Municipal Authority
will hold its regular monthly meetings on the
third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the
Cecil
Township
Municipal
Building.
